Mi Casita Restaurant, known for its traditional and authentic Mexican fare and home to Catalina’s original Cazuela, is celebrating New Mexico’s world-famous Hatch Chile with a menu especially created using the vitamin rich, meaty chile as its star ingredient. Each item is made with fresh hatch chiles and features a Hatch Chile Bacon Cheeseburger, Hatch Chiles & Ground Beef Burrito, Hatch Chile Quesadilla, Hatch Chile Rellano with Ground Beef, and Hatch Ranchero Chicken Enchiladas.
The Hatch Chile menu is being offered daily beginning September 5 through the end of October 2017. Hatch chiles are seasonal so enjoy them at their best, when they’re fresh. Come in and taste for yourself!
