OFFER YOUR GUESTS NEW YEAR’S EVE GALA PACKAGES

WITH NO UP-FRONT COSTS!

The Chamber wants to help you book reservations for the New Year’s Eve weekend, and offering packages that include reservations to the Chamber’s New Year’s Eve Gala in the Casino Ballroom has never been easier!

·      Offer reservations to the New Year’s Eve Gala to your guests at $150 per person on or before October 31, and $160 per person after October 31.  This is a discounted price of $15 per reservation. 

·      Pass the discount on to your guests, or charge the normal price ($165/$175) and keep the $15 as a commission – your choice.

·      Information you need to obtain from your guests:

o   The name in which the reservation should be made;

o   The total number of people in their party;

o   A first and second choice of dinner reservation time:  7:00, 7:30, 8:00, or 8:30 PM

o   A first and second choice of where they would like to be seated in the Ballroom:  Section A, B, C, or D.  Click here for a diagram of the Casino.

·      Call, email, or FAX this information to the Chamber, along with your guest’s mailing address.

The Chamber will send a reservation confirmation to your guest and a copy of the confirmation to you, and we’ll send you an invoice for the cost of the reservations you sell.  You collect the total amount for the package from your guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A full refund will be issued on cancelled reservations so long as the event is not sold out and no one has been turned away. Once the event sells out, refunds will only be made if the reservation is resold to another party or parties. No refunds will be made after December 13, 2009 unless the reservation is resold to another party or parties, regardless of whether the event is sold out or not.
