Catalina Island MedSpa is Catalina Island’s newest business and the only one on the Island that offers medical aesthetic skin care. Owned and operated by Karla Parsons, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Laura Ulibarri, M.D. as the Medical Director, assurance is given for excellent skin care and top of the line products. Services offered include microdermabrasion, with medical grade peels for specific skin types and problems, home care skin products and Botox cosmetic. Other services, such as laser hair reduction, spider vein removal and natural fillers will be added at a later time.

Karla started her business plan and training three years ago as she saw a market for both women and men who felt they looked older than they felt and desired safe alternatives to surgery. 

Visitors to the Island can partake in her professional services.  Imagine coming to Catalina Island for a vacation and leave the Island looking years younger.
