Inn on Mt. Ada Receives Prestigious Forbes Four-Star Award for 2011
The Inn on Mt. Adaon Catalina Island was recently honored with a 2011 Forbes Four-Star Award by Forbes Travel Guide. The Inn is one of only 167 hotels worldwide to achieve this prestigious award.
The Inn on Mt. Ada, the former Wrigley Mansion built in 1921, is perched on a hill overlooking the town and harbor of Avalon. The elegant six-bedroom Georgian colonial style bed and breakfast establishment is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and has been meticulously restored and furnished to represent the time when the Wrigley’s lived in the house. For the past 19 years in a row, the Inn has been awarded the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star rating.
