Catalina Media Trip Requests

Thank you for your interest in a Media Tour of Catalina Island! To help us in making arrangements for your visit, please complete one of the Media Tour Request Forms below at least two weeks in advance of your intended visit.  The PDF version may be filled out online and emailed directly from a web browser through your email application.  If you prefer using the MS Word document, please fill out the form, then save it to your computer's hard disk and email it as an attachment to Donna Harris at dharris@CatalinaChamber.com.
